Shipping & Returns
Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 1-2 business days to process and ship. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and Leafalpha cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday – Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm MST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm MST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using USPS. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges.
Return Processing: In order to return a product, you must contact us. If the item is damaged or defective, Leafalpha will request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
Exchange Policy: You may exchange your orders by contacting. The detail exchange instruction will be given. Please note that the shipping cost for new order and returning will be at your cost.
